This policy covers internal automation tools operated by Totality Ventures. These tools are private and are used only by the operator of this domain. They are not offered to the public and have no external users.
The tools access Google Sheets and Google Drive files belonging to the operator's own Google account, using OAuth authorisation granted by that account holder. Access is limited to the scopes shown on the Google consent screen at the time of authorisation.
Data is read and written solely to operate the owner's own business workflows. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. It is not used for advertising. It is not used to train machine learning models.
Data remains in the operator's own Google account and in private systems under the operator's control. Access tokens are stored encrypted and can be revoked at any time from the Google account permissions page.
